As an educated consumer, you need to be aware that when you utilize insurance it goes into a large database. Because we are committed to providing exceptional confidentiality for you, with these private and sensitive issues, we do NOT accept insurance at the time of the visit. Our name is not on our door. It is understood how hard it is to reach out for these private issues.

Additionally, we are committed to providing the most rapid treatment for sex and marital issues. Thus many clients successfully terminate therapy in as few as 2 to 12 visits and do not submit insurance at all or after the fact if needed to meet their deductible.

Payment is made at the time of the visit. Video Telehealth sessions are prepaid through Zelle.

However, PPO insurance can reimburse, depending on your policy's criteria and your diagnosis. You would need to have benefits for outpatient, out-of-network, mental health benefits, and meeting your deductible would be required to receive your reimbursement.

Funds in Pre-Tax Dollar Health Savings Accounts normally can be applied towards these services. Payment is made in full, at the time of the visit. There is no billing. Statements can be provided for submission to your insurance company upon request. No insurance cards are accepted.

HMO’s and Medicare do not reimburse for the counseling services offered at the Center.

There are no sliding scale fee adjustments because this therapy is designed to be cost-effective in terms of the solutions-oriented nature of the approach. The majority of couples find that they have been helped within the first 3 sessions to such an extent that they can terminate within 3 visits. In traditional approaches, therapy can extend for several years, making the total cost of therapy vastly more expensive. Expertise is cost effective. The fee is higher because it is a different mindset and approach to therapy. It is results oriented approach with the goal of terminating as soon as possible, not the typical 6 month to years long approach that is typically encountered. This is a function of 30 years of expertise. Statistically there is a 75% failure rate in marital therapy. This progam has enjoyed an 85% success rate with an average of 3 to 12 visits for successful termination. Thus the session costs are higher, but time saving and successful outcomes are what is offered.
